You can request and download information from Orders, Products, Customers, and Boards as CSV files.
To protect your customers' personal information, we recommend setting a password on your CSV files.

Download CSV
You can view and download the files created from your requests.
A Download button appears next to each available file, and the download starts once you enter the password you set when creating the file.
CSV templates
You can manage the basic templates provided by Cafe24 along with the templates you build yourself.
The fields in a Basic template cannot be edited, but you can freely change the fields and sorting criteria of any template you add.
Tips
When File type in your request history is Standard, the file is created right away. When it is Large, the file is created the day after you request it.
- Standard: Data within the last month, or fewer than 3,000 records even when the period is longer than a month
- Large: 3,000 records or more over a period longer than a month
