To use Cafe24's online store solutions, you must sign up first.
Your online store is automatically created for free when you sign up to Cafe24.
You can edit your information or delete your account at any time.
Joining us
1. Click Get started for free on the Cafe24 website.
2. Choose to sign in with Google or sign up using your email address. If you choose to use your email, verify your email address, create an ID and password, select your business country, and agree to the terms to complete your registration.
3. After completing registration, a default store will be created for free, and you’ll be directed to the Cafe24 admin page.
- Your ID can only contain lowercase letters and numbers.
- Your ID cannot begin with a capital letter, special character, or number.
- You cannot change your ID once you have created an account.
- You can use the same email address to create more stores.
- You can create up to 3 stores per day, with a maximum of 5 in total.
- You cannot reuse an ID that was previously deleted.
Updating your account information
1. Log in to your Cafe24 admin page.
2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner, click My account, sign in again, and verify your email address.
3. You can change your password under the My account tab.
- You can update your email subscription and social login settings under the My account tab.
However, you cannot change your ID and email address.
Finding your ID
A separate Find ID feature is not provided. You can check your ID by logging in with your registered email address.
Resetting your password
1. Go to the Cafe24 admin login page and click Forgot your password? under the password input field.
2. Once you verify your email, you will be redirected to the password reset page.
3. Enter a new password and click Change password.
Store Deletion and Account Withdrawal
When you no longer need your store or account, you can delete them through the admin page.
Store deletion and account withdrawal are separate processes, and you must delete all stores before withdrawing your account.
Please note that all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Before deleting your store
Please review the following requirements before proceeding with store deletion:
Required conditions for deletion:
- All outstanding payments to Cafe24 must be settled.
- All orders must be fully processed (delivery completed, cancellation completed, or refund completed).
- All add-on services and partnership services (including PG) must be terminated.
Withdrawal process:
- You can withdraw your deletion request at any time before the deletion is finalized.
- To withdraw your request, please contact customer support.
How to delete your store
- Log in to your Cafe24 [admin page].
- Navigate to Cafe24 Settings > Store Deletion.
- Select the store(s) you want to delete.
- Enter the reason for deletion.
- Review and agree to the deletion terms.
- Click Delete Store.
Once your store deletion is complete, please be aware of the following:
- Admin access will be disabled: You will no longer be able to access the admin page (management console) for the deleted store.
- All data will be permanently deleted: This includes products, orders, customer information, design settings, and all other store data.
- Data cannot be recovered: Deleted data is permanent and irreversible. Please back up any important information before proceeding.
- Store ID cannot be reused: You cannot create a new store using the same store ID in the future.
- Email address can be reused: You can sign up and create a new store using the same email address.
Before withdrawing your account
Please review the following requirements before proceeding with account withdrawal:
Required conditions for withdrawal:
- All stores must be deleted first: You cannot withdraw your account while any stores are still active. Please complete store deletion for all stores before proceeding.
- Account information will be permanently deleted: Your account information and personal usage records will be completely removed.
- SNS account connections will be removed: Any connected SNS account information (Google, Facebook, etc.) will be deleted.
How to withdraw your account
- Access the [My Account Settings] page.
- Click the Account Withdrawal tab.
- If you have any stores, delete all stores under your account by following the store deletion process above.
- Review the withdrawal information.
- Agree to the terms and click Withdraw Account.
- Immediate processing: Account withdrawal is processed immediately upon confirmation.
- Cannot be reversed: Once your account is withdrawn, it cannot be recovered or restored.
- Email reuse is possible: You can create a new account using the same email address in the future.
- Store ID reuse is not possible: Store IDs from deleted stores cannot be reused, even with a new account
