Downloading CSV files

View and download the data you requested in CSV files>Download CSV.

 

• Available period
  - You can download a file within 7 days of requesting it.
   
• When File type in your request history is Standard, the file is created right away.
  When it is Large, the file is created the day after you request it.
  • Standard: Data within the last month, or fewer than 3,000 records even when the period is longer than a month.
  • Large: 3,000 records or more over a period longer than a month.
     
• A Download button appears next to each available file.
  The download starts once you enter the password you set when creating the file.
