How can I set up SoftBank Payment Service?

Checking credential information

  • After your application has been approved, you will receive an email titled “System Access Information.”
  • Each merchant is issued a unique set of credentials. You can check your integration credentials in the SBPS Merchant Portal as follows:
    • Log in to the SBPS Merchant Portal. (Your login credentials are provided in the email.)
    • In the left-hand menu, go to Contract/Service Management>Merchant Info>Site/Settings.
    • In the Segment List tab, click Segment Details for the relevant service.
    • Click View integration credentials in the upper-right corner of the screen.
    • Select the Production environment tab to view the credentials used for integration.

For more details, refer to the SoftBank Payment Service Setup Guide.

Setting up SoftBank Payment Service in Cafe24

  • Enter the integration credentials into the Cafe24 admin.
    • Go to Settings>Orders/Shipping>Payment services>My service.
    • Click Add at the top right, then fill in the required fields below.
All of the values below can be found in the SBPS Merchant Portal.
      • Seller ID: The first 5 digits of the Primary Auth ID.
      • Service ID: The last 3 digits of the Primary Auth ID.
      • Hash key, 3DES encryption key, 3DES initialization key: Enter the exact values provided.
  • Go to Settings>Orders/Shipping>Orders and set the visibility of SBPS to Yes in Payment method visibility settings. This must be enabled for the payment method to appear on the checkout page.

Important notes

  • If you want to use SoftBank on a different multi-language store using the same store ID, you must submit a new application and register a new set of credentials.
  • After setting up the payment integration, don’t forget to set payment method visibility to Yes in Settings>Orders/Shipping>Orders. Otherwise, the payment method will not appear on the checkout page.
