Payment currency settings

  1. CNY (Chinese Yuan) is not supported by PayPal. Please set your store currency to USD (US Dollar).
     
  2. You can set the payment currency after registering your credit card in your PayPal account.

 

Application review process

  1. After submitting your application, PayPal may reject your account during the review process.
     
  2. If that happens, payouts may be put on hold. For details, please contact PayPal Customer Support.

 

Payment and payout method

  1. PayPal is an online payment service based on a virtual account system.
     
  2. Sales proceeds are added to your PayPal balance and transferred to your linked bank account when you request a payout.

 

Customer claims and refund handling

  1. Customers can file claims or request refunds directly on the PayPal website.
     
  2. When this happens, PayPal will temporarily hold the payment and ask the seller to submit supporting documentation.
     
  3. If the evidence is insufficient or not submitted in time, the payment will be automatically refunded. Please monitor and manage your PayPal account regularly—ideally every 1–2 weeks..
