When logging in as a sub-admin, the sub-admin cannot access certain menus and features.
Go to SettingsAdminsManage admins in the shopping mall administrator and check the permissions granted to the sub-admin.
How to check and set sub-admin permissions
- Go to , and click the ID of the sub-admin you want to check permissions.
- On the “Permission Setting” of the Edit admin page, modify the detailed permissions for stores, menus, and features, then click Save at the bottom of the page.
Caution
- In the “Multi-language Store Select” of the Multi- language Store Permissions section, make sure to select the multi-language stores to grant access to,
and change the Multi-language Store Access Permissions setting to Allowed to access those stores. - Even if all items are checked under PC Admin Permissions and Detailed Settings, if permissions are still not granted,
be sure to click Detailed Permissions to confirm the detailed permissions are granted.
How to grant permissions to sub-admins based on specific situations
When a pop-up message saying “Please contact the main admin” appears when a sub-admin processes exchanges
Please make sure the “Detailed permission settings” section was checked when registering the sub-admin account.
If the pop-up appears, go to SettingsAdminsManage admins and click the sub-admin ID shown in the alert.
Then, adjust the sub-admin's permissions accordingly.
Be sure to check whether OrdersReturn requests is checked appropriately in the detailed permissions.
When order amounts are visible on PC but not on mobile
If order amounts are shown on the dashboard on PC but not on mobile, you need to configure the mobile permissions separately.
Go to SettingsAdminsManage admins, click on the sub-admin ID that requires permissions, and go to Mobile Admin PermissionsDashboard access. Then check the permission for Order status and save.
When “Please enter search criteria” appears while inquiring an order or customer information
This pop-up appears when a sub-admin account has limited search permissions.
You need to check the sub-admin's search access.
When a sub-admin inquires order information in the “Orders” menu or customer information in the ‘Customers’ menu, “Please enter search criteria” may appear.
It appears because the sub-admin‘s search permissions are restricted. If the restriction on all search permissions is removed, the sub-admin will be able to search the entire field without entering search criteria.
- Go to SettingsAdminsManage admins.

- Select the sub-admin ID that needs to be modified.
- In the [General] Restricted access to sensitive information section, after checking the necessary items, uncheck the items under [Restricted] and save the settings.
When a sub-admin cannot add a specific product category during product edits
If a message saying "You do not have permission to register/edit product categories" appears, check the following setting:
- Go to SettingsAdminsManage admins.
- Select the sub-admin ID that needs to be modified.
- In the multi-language store selection, select the arrow on the right side of PC Admin PermissionsDetailed permissions, and make sure the Product Category Management (add/edit) under the Product Category option is checked.
Sub-admins can add product categories when editing products only when having permission for Product Category Management (add/edit) for all registered multi-language stores.
Sub-admin cannot access dashboard screen data (daily sales and order status)
If the message “You do not have permission to access” appears in the Main Dashboard Web Logs section of the admin, check the sub-admin’s permission settings.

How to limit the amount of points a sub-admin can grant
1. Go to SettingsAdminsManage adminsMange admin accounts and click the sub-admin whose permissions need to be changed.
2. Under PC Admin permissionsDetailed permissions, click on ”Member-related”Member points payment/deduction [Details].
3. Set the maximum points the sub-admin can grant. You can configure limits per multi-language store.
※ Notes
- Sub-admins can be limited by a maximum daily amount when granting points.
- The limit will apply based on the selected currency.
Example: If you enter “1,000” and the selected currency is KRW, the daily limit will be 1,000 KRW. If the currency is USD, the limit will be $1,000.
How can a sub-admin change their password?
A sub-admin can log in and go to to change their password.
Alternatively, the main admin can log in and go to , select the sub-admin, and assign a temporary password. The sub-admin can then log in with the temporary password and reset it to a new one.
Excel download permissions for sub-admins
Can sub-admins download the Excel file for expired points?
Sub-admins cannot download Excel files.
As customer information is sensitive, only the main admin has permission to download this data. Please log in as the main admin to download the Excel file.
Sub-admins cannot see the Excel button for customers with expiring points.
This button is not available to sub-admin accounts.
Since only the main admin can extract customer information. Please download the data by using the main admin ID.
reCAPTCHA check when sub-admins log in
Google reCAPTCHA (v3) is a security feature that prevents malwares from accessing the site.
This security check is enabled by default to ensure safe access to the store and cannot be disabled.
Since the check logic uses Google reCAPTCHA as is, It is difficult to set a separate limit on the number of attempts. Moreover, when logging in as sub-admins, if all images are not selected properly, it may ask to verify multiple times. Please make sure all required images are selected properly.
Allowed number of sub-admin accounts
You can register up to 10 sub-admin accounts for free. If you need more than 10 accounts, you will need to purchase an add-on service.
Concurrent logins using the same sub-admin account can be allowed or restricted through settings. However, we recommend assigning separate accounts with permissions to each sub-admin to avoid operational confusion.
