What is the scheduled shipping date?

This feature allows you to notify customers of the planned shipping date in advance and manage your shipping schedule efficiently.

How do I register a scheduled shipping date?

You can register the scheduled shipping date for orders that have not yet been marked as shipped.

Select the order from the list on the Preparing for Shipment page, then click Register Scheduled Shipping Date. A layer will appear where you can register the shipping date.

Only future dates starting from today can be selected as scheduled shipping dates.

Can I register scheduled shipping dates in bulk via CSV file ?

Yes, you can use the Bulk Register Scheduled Shipping Dates Feature on the Preparing for Shipment page.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the order list page and click Download CSV Template.

2. Fill in all required fields in the downloaded file and Upload CSV File to register.

Required fields: Store number, Order number, Item code, Scheduled shipping date.

Can I search for and view orders with scheduled shipping dates?

In the filter section, select Scheduled Shipping Date under the date field.

Enter the desired date and click Search.

You can also check the registered date in the order list by enabling the Scheduled Shipping Date field in the Display settings.
