How to edit tracking numbers

1. Orders > All Orders — Search for the order with the tracking number you want to edit and click the order number to open the Order D etails page.
   
   
2. In the Shipping Information section, edit the existing tracking number and click Edit Tracking Number to apply the change.
   
   
3. For orders placed through external services such as integrated courier services or Naver Pay, tracking numbers cannot be changed.
   If you're unable to update the tracking number, please submit a 1:1 inquiry with the order number and the new tracking number to request the update.

Clicking the tracking number on the storefront doesn't display tracking details.

Tracking details are displayed based on the shipping carrier information entered in the Order Details page in the Admin section.

If the wrong carrier or tracking number was entered, or if the shipping type is set to Direct Shipping in the Order Details page, tracking may not be available even if the tracking number has been entered.
