ㆍAn error occurs when uploading tracking numbers via CSV file.

ㆍThe number of orders displayed after CSV shipping does not match the expected result.

An error occurs when uploading tracking numbers via CSV file.

  1. If Korean characters are included in the CSV file, the upload will fail.
    Please remove any Korean text from input fields and upload the CSV file again.
     
  2. A comma (,) in the shipping fee may cause the upload to fail.
    Change the cell format of the shipping fee to “General,” save the file, and try uploading the CSV file again.

The number of orders displayed after CSV shipping does not match the expected result.

The number of processed orders in CSV shipping is displayed as follows:


CSV: Processed count (Succeeded / Failed)
Order: Tracking number, shipment count
 

※ If the same tracking number is used for multiple orders as in a combined shipment, it may be counted as one, resulting in a discrepancy.
