FAQs about order lookup data

 

 

Mobile app orders do not show up in the order search results.

  1. Go to Orders > All orders .
  2. Click Advanced Search in the bottom right of the search bar, then check Mobile App under Sales Channel.
  3. If Mobile App is not selected, orders placed via the app will not appear in the search results. Be sure to check it.

Points do not show up on the order details page.

Points earned at the time of purchase do not show up on the order details page.

  • Points can be viewed in the Customers > Find Customers > Customer Information under Points / Store credit / Coupons in the CRM page.
  • Even if you have set up Reward Additional Customer Level-based Points , both product-based and customer level-based points are calculated and credited separately.
  • The calculation methods for each are as follows:
  1. Product-based points: (P rice × quantity) × point rate (%) 
    If calculated based on total discounted price: Floor [Points based on total discount × {(Actual payment amount - shipping fee) / Cart total }] 
    (You can find more in the guide for settings based on product subtotal .) 
     
  2. Customer level-based points: Floor[Floor{(Cart total - discounts) × customer level-based point rate (%)} × {(Actual payment amount - shipping fee) / Cart total }] 
    ("Cart total - discounts" is calculated based on the Customer level-based point criteria settings.)
