What is the difference between a full cancellation and a partial cancellation ?
A full cancellation cancels the entire order, while a partial cancellation cancels only selected items in the order.
Example: Full Cancellation vs Partial Cancellation
Suppose Order 1 includes Products A, B, and C.
A full cancellation will cancel the entire Order 1 and all products (A, B, and C).
A partial cancellation will cancel only selected products (e.g., A and B), and Product C will remain in Order 1.
How do I fully cancel an order depending on its shipping status?
Go to the Order Details page and cancel or return all products in the order.

The process for full and partial cancellations is the same. The difference lies in whether all or some of the items are selected.
Before shipment
- Click the order number to access the Order Details page.
- Click the Cancel Orderbutton.
- Select all items in the cancellation pop-up and click Submit Cancellation..
- Select the reason and click Confirm to complete the cancellation.
In transit / Delivered
- Click the order number to access the Order Details page.
- Click the Return Productbutton.
- Select all items in the return pop-up and click Submit Return..
- Select the reason and click Confirm to complete the return.

Cancellation depends on shipping status
Cancellation and return are both ways to reverse a purchase, but the option available depends on the shipping status.
Cancel if the item has not shipped yet; return if it is already in transit or delivered.
Cancelling specific quantities of items
allows you to cancel specific quantities of items.
How to cancel specific quantities
You can cancel specific quantities only if two or more of the same item were ordered.
- Go to Order > CS Management > Cancellation Management.
- Click the Process button next to the cancellation request.
- In the Cancel window, enter the number of items to cancel in the Quantity to Cancel column and click Submit Cancellation.
- Enter the cancellation reason and any other notes, then click Confirm to complete the cancellation.
