How do I undo a cancellation, return, or exchange?

What happens when I undo?

The order status is restored to its state before the cancellation, return, or exchange was processed.

Can I undo an order that has already had its credit card payment canceled?
Yes, you can still undo cancellations, returns, or exchanges even if the credit card payment has already been canceled.

However, the credit card payment cancellation will not be automatically undone, so please ensure to undo the credit card payment cancellation with PG before proceeding.

When would I undo?

Here are some common cases:

  • If you accidentally canceled the other customer’s order
  • If you entered the wrong refund amount
  • If the customer reverses his/her order cancellation

Note

  • If even the cancellation of PG approval is already completed, you’ll need to undo the approval cancellation in PG admin account after being undone.
  • If the exchange involved an additional payment, you'll need to refund the additional payment separately (e.g., direct bank transfer).
