Processing shipping via CSV

Move to Orders > Preparing for shipment. Scroll to the bottom and use Bulk shipping via CSV feature to ship multiple orders in bulk.

Processing one carrier per CSV file

1. At the bottom of Orders > Preparing for shipment, click One carrier per CSV file tab.

2. Click “Download CSV template” on the right to get the template.

3. Fill in the required fields, then save the file.

4. Back in the Admin page, select the relevant store and carrier, upload the CSV file by clicking Select file button, and click “Submit.”

Processing multiple carriers per CSV file

1. At the bottom of Orders > Preparing for shipment,, click 'Multiple carriers per CSV file' tab.

2. Click “Download CSV template” on the right to get the template.

3. Fill in the required fields, then save the file.

4. Back in the Admin page, select the relevant store and carrier, upload the CSV file by clicking Select file button, and click “Submit.”

Note

  • CSV template that processes one carrier at a time is different from CSV template that processes multiple carriers. Upload the correct format to ensure proper shipping processing.
  • To ensure split shipments, separate and enter the quantity of item codes in the CSV template. When the items are ordered in large quantities, you can package it into multiple boxes and manage them with separate tracking numbers.
  • Tracking numbers contained in the CSV template must be issued by the contracted shipping carrier.
  • The “Shipping carrier number” field in the Multiple shipping carriers per CSV file is not to enter an actual shipping carrier number but to check by clicking Shipping carrier number button.

It says the combined shipment is not available when combining shipments.

Recipient name, postal code, address, and contact information must match exactly for combined shipments.

How to combine shipping

The combined shipments allow you to group two or more separate orders into one shipment.
You can check the availability of combined shipments by clicking Bulk combine shipping button in Orders > Preparing for shipment.

Checklist for bulk combine shipping

  1. If you are informed that the combined shipments are not available, check any reason in the following order. Check the product condition in Bulk combine shipping window
  2. Only products marked as “Combined shipment available” can be combined and shipped .
  3. Verify whether shipping information of products to be combined and shipped (recipient name, postal code, address, and contact information) match exactly. The shipping information must match exactly including spacing.
  4. If they don’t match, click “Edit shipping information” to edit them.
  5. Make sure none of the orders are set to “Be paid on delivery.”

Bulk combine shipping status

  1. The availability of combined shipment is displayed in the Status column of Bulk combine shipping screen
  2. Status where the combined shipment is available
    • If “Combined shipment is available” is displayed in the Status column
  3. No order eligible for combined shipment
  4. If recipient name, contact information, postal code or address mismatches
  5. Orders from external channels (Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, Online Marketplaces)

Shipping randomly

This is used to ship an order without tracking number.

  1. Move to Orders > Preparing for shipment
  2. Search for the order to be shipped
  3. Set the shipping carrier to “Direct shipping” in the Shipping label and enter a random number (e.g., 1234) in a tracking number input window
  4. Select the checkbox of order or item
  5. Click “Mark as In transit” button at the top of list
  6. The order moves to In transit menu

Can I ship part of an order first?

If a customer ordered multiple items under one order number, you can process partial shipments by item.

  1. Move to Orders > Preparing for shipment
  2. Select the checkbox of product(s) to be shipped, fill in information in Shipping label, and click “Save tracking number”
  3. Items for which a tracking number is registered will appear in Orders > Awaiting shipment
    Items for which a tracking number is not yet registered remain in Orders > Preparing for shipment
  4. Partial shipment is only available if multiple items are ordered

How do I change the order status after an order is placed?

The order status is processed in the following order: Confirming payment > Preparing for shipment > In transit > Delivered

  1. Move to Orders > Awaiting payment and confirm the payment
  2. Move to Orders > Preparing for shipment, register tracking numbers of products and process shipping
  3. Move to Orders > In transit and mark the products as Delivered
