What happens if you undo a request?

The order returns to its state before the cancellation, return, or exchange was processed.
 

When do you undo a request?

You can undo a request in several cases:

• If the wrong order was canceled by mistake
• If the refund amount was entered incorrectly
• If the customer changes their mind and no longer wishes to cancel an order

Undoing a cancellation

1. Move to Orders > Order support > Cancellations.
2. Click Details button of the order you want to undo in a list. A cancellation details popup will appear.
3. Click Undo cancellation.
4. Enter the necessary information and click Complete.
5. The cancellation will be undone.

Undoing an exchange

1. Move to Orders > Order support > Exchanges.
2. Click Details button of the order you want to undo in a list. A exchange details popup will appear.
3. Click Undo exchange.
4. Enter the necessary information and click Complete.
5. The exchange will be undone.

Undoing a return

1. Move to Orders > Order support > Returns.
2. Click Details button of the order you want to undo in a list. A return details popup will appear.
3. Click Undo return.
4. Enter the necessary information and click Complete.
5. The return will be undone.
