When can I use the awarded points?

Points are Available for use immediately upon being awarded. (Points with a “Pending” status can only be used after they are converted to “Available.”)

Pending points are a Safety mechanism to prevent abuse of point usage.

What are pending points?

1. This feature temporarily restricts the use of points earned from an order until a certain period has passed after the product is delivered.
2. It is intended to prevent misuse, such as using all points earned from multiple orders and then requesting full refunds.

How to check pending points

1. Go to CustomersCustomer rewardsReward points
2. Under Reward point history, go to the Pending point tab to check the pending point balance for each customer.
