※ Once deleted, customer data cannot be recovered. Please proceed only after fully understanding this.
How to reset customer data
- Go to .
- Click Search to view the entire customer list, select all customers, then click the Delete button.
- If you've incorrectly uploaded customer data via CSV and need to re-register with the same ID, you'll need to initialize the data. After deleting the customer data, please request further data deletion through a 1:1 Inquiry.
Note
If there are too many customers, try adjusting the Items per page setting.
However, loading 500 or more items may put strain on the system.
