How do I add a product bundle?
How to add a product bundle
- Select a category for the bundle.
- Under Basic information, enter the bundle name and description.
- In Bundle Configuration, click Select Product.
- A popup window will appear. Select the products you want to include and click Select.
- Under Sales Information Price, configure the discount rate or amount, and set the total price for the bundle.
- Upload a thumbnail image under Image Information.
- When finished, click Add Product.
Important notes about bundles
- Products in a bundle must be purchased together and cannot be sold separately.
- Independent selection–type products cannot be added to a bundle.
- If at least one product in the bundle is taxable, the entire bundle is treated as taxable. Otherwise, it is tax-exempt.
- If all bundled items are set to "For Sale", the bundle will also automatically be "For Sale" even if you set it to "Not for Sale."
- To stop selling a bundle, either delete the bundle or set bundled items to "Not for Sale."
- Deleted products can be viewed, recovered, or permanently deleted in .
Why is the stock quantity shown after adding a bundle?
By default, inventory is always displayed for product bundles—even if inventory display is turned off.
Why doesn’t the regular price show with a strikethrough in bundles?
Strikethrough pricing is not supported for product bundles.
When discounts are applied to bundles, the final price is shown directly—without displaying the original price with a strikethrough.
My bundle is marked as “On Display” and “For Sale,” but it shows as sold out.
Bundle availability is determined by the availability of the included products.
Example:
If all components are "For Sale," the bundle is also "For Sale."
If at least one component is "Not for Sale," the bundle is also "Not for Sale."
Can I cancel, exchange, or refund just part of a product bundle?
You can split a product bundle into individual items using the "Split Bundle" option.
- Go to , search by order number, and click Split Bundle in the order details.
- In the popup, click Split Bundle to separate the products.
- Once split, the bundle cannot be reassembled.
