It may take 30 minutes to 1 hour for the configured mail server to take effect.

How to set up a mail server

1. First, check the MX record value to set up your mail server.
   You can obtain the MX record value by contacting the email service provider you plan to use.
   
   
2. Go to SettingsGeneralStore profileDomain Manage domainsStore-connected domainsDomain settings .
   
   
3. Click the DNS settings button next to the domain title.
   This will take you to the DNS settings page.
   
   
4. Click Add under the third section labeled “Mail server (MX) settings.”
   In the new input fields, enter the MX record and its priority.
   Then click Save.
   
   
5. Cafe24’s default priority value is 10.
   Mail priority is randomly applied.
   If you want to add multiple mail servers, make sure to assign a unique priority number to each.
