An SSL certificate is automatically issued and installed when a domain is connected.
SSL certificates are issued and installed automatically
- Once a domain is connected to the domain settings page, the SSL issuance status will display as "Pending".
- The system automatically checks DNS status every 2 hours and begins certificate issuance.
- The final SSL status is "Installation complete". You must complete SSL installation to enable SHOP-level redirect settings.
- The certificate is typically issued within 48 hours. If issuance fails, a "Request Certificate" button will appear, allowing you to request manually.
※ If issuance fails 2 to 3 times or more, please stop trying and contact us via a 1:1 inquiry.
Manually requesting an SSL certificate
Go to in your admin page and check the certificate request status in the SSL certificate section.
- If the certificate has not been issued yet in the domain detail settings, click the Request Certificate button.
- Once the certificate is issued and installed, you can proceed with design updates.
