Free SSL certificates are valid for 90 days and are automatically renewed before they expire.
However, automatic renewal may be excluded in the following cases:
- If the store is inactive or has been deleted.
- If the domain has expired.
- If the DNS has been changed to a registrar other than Cafe24.
- If any domain included in the original SSL (including subdomains) is no longer accessible.
If the certificate is not renewed, please check your domain and reapply for the SSL certificate manually in the store admin.
Caution
If your store uses HTTPS redirection and the certificate is not renewed, your site may become inaccessible.
Please ensure that your domain has not expired and that your DNS is correctly configured.
