What is a CS account?
When you make customer support (CS) requests for your store, the Cafe24 support team may need to access your admin to identify the issue.
If you create a CS-dedicated sub-admin account, the support team can log in using that account.
This dedicated account must be created in advance to allow detailed support.
Info
- You can only create one CS account.
It will be created with the ID cafe24customer01. - The password for the CS account cannot be set or changed manually.
- You may keep the CS account active as needed, and you can delete it yourself at any time.
- Accounts used for service management (such as Cafe24 PRO or Enterprise Master) also count toward your sub-admin account limit.
How to create a sub-admin account
The CS account can be created by the store owner from the admin screen.
- Log in to the admin panel.
Click the user icon at the top right of the screen.
(When you hover over the icon, a tooptip will appear showing Login information.) - Click the Create a CS account button.
A dedicated CS sub-admin account will be created.
Info
- The permissions of the CS account depend on which account you were logged in with when creating it:
- Created while logged in as the head admin: Full sub-admin permissions
- Created while logged in as another sub-admin: Inherits the same permissions
- However, permissions related to personal data are not granted by default.
You can add them separately if needed.
Go to Settings>Admins>Manage admins and click the target sub-admin account.
You can update permissions related to personal information.
