Can I use file uploader on Mac?
Yes, the file uploader works on Mac computers.
However, Cafe24 services are optimized for Microsoft Windows, and we recommend using the Chrome browser for the best experience.
I get a "You can create up to 1,000 files" alert and cannot upload files using the file uploader
The file uploader cannot upload more than 1,000 files to a single folder.
If you need to upload more than 1,000 files, add new folders in batches of 1,000 or create subfolders within the folder you want to upload to.
If you need to upload more than 1,000 files to a single folder, you can use an FTP client program. However, when a folder contains a large number of files, FTP connections may become slow when uploading or viewing images, and the file uploader may not function properly with folders containing more than 1,000 images, which can make site management inconvenient. Please keep this in mind.
※ External FTP programs (FileZilla, ALFTP, etc.) do not have file count restrictions, but we recommend keeping the number of files per folder to 1000 or less.
