You need to add a sub-admin and grant permissions to sync products through Cafe24 PRO. Simply adding a sub-admin does not complete the registration.
Granting sub-admin permissions
- After adding a sub-admin in , grant the required permissions and save.
- If permissions are not granted, errors may occur when syncing products.
