Service scope

The Qoo10 service scope supported by Cafe24 PRO marketplace service is as follows:

Getting started

You can apply for the marketplace service through the Cafe24 PRO app. Please verify the settings below in advance for a smooth application and operation.

 

1. Downloading Cafe24 PRO app

Search for Cafe24 PRO in Google Play / App Store and download it.

4. Issuing sub-admin and granting permissions

 

1. Go to J·QSM > 基本情報(Basic Information) > 販売者権限の管理: 権限の申請(QSM Menu Permissions) > 共有ユーザーの権限(Permission Management).

2. On the 共有ユーザーの権限(Permission Management) page, select 共有ユーザーの権限設定 (Administrator (Shared User) Permissions) > 使用設定 (Usage Setting) > 使用 (Use).

3. Enter your desired value in the メインID (Primary ID) field and click 保存 (Save) to save.
 

 

 

4. Enter cafe24pro in the サブID(Sub ID) field and click 追加(Add) to register.
 

ID types

  • Primary ID (メインID) : This is the account name you will use to log in as a seller. Feel free to set it to any convenient name.
  • Sub ID (サブID) : This is the identifier account used by the Cafe24 PRO system. Please enter cafe24pro exactly as provided.

 

 

 

5. Select Sub ID (サブID) = cafe24pro from the list, check the following menus in the All menus area on the left, and click the 追加(Add) button in the center to move them to the Accessible menus area on the right.
 

  • Rows marked as Select all → Select all sub-menus of that main menu
  • Rows marked as Partial selection → Select only the specified sub-menus listed in the table

6. After selecting menus, click the 保存(Save) button in the upper right corner to finalize.
 

 

 

 

 

Info

You can remove incorrectly added menus by selecting them from the right list and clicking 削除(Delete).

If a success message appears, the setup is complete.
