Getting started
You can apply for the marketplace service through the Cafe24 PRO app. Please verify the settings below in advance for a smooth application and operation.
1. Downloading Cafe24 PRO app
Search for Cafe24 PRO in Google Play/App Store and download it.
2. Connecting your marketplace
- Log in to the Cafe24 PRO app.
- Click Recommended Services to connect your marketplace.

To register products via the Rakuten API, the Rakuten bulk product editing(商品一括編集) feature must be used.
4. Creating sub-admin
Adding sub-admin
1. Log in to RMS and click R-Login 利用者管理 (User management) in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. On the R-Login 管理 (R-Login management) screen, select 利用者追加 (Add user).
3. Enter the following information and click 入力内容の確認 (Confirm input).
- 利用者名 (User name)
- 姓 (Last name): cafe24
- 名 (First name): cafe24
- メールアドレス (Email address): cafe24pro-market@cafe24corp.com
- メールアドレス(確認) (Email address for confirmation) : cafe24pro-market@cafe24corp.com
- 登録番号: 000024
- 所属 (Affiliation): cafe24
4. If the information is entered correctly, click メールを送信 (Send email) to send the invitation email.
5. When the メール送信完了 (Email sent) screen appears, the email has been sent successfully.
Approving sub-admin
1. Check the user registration (スタッフ申請) notification email.

2. Log in to RMS and click R-Login 利用者管理 (User management) in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. On the R-Login管理 (R-Login management) screen, select 利用者管理 (User management).
4. Select Cafe24 Pro with 承認待ち status.
5. Select the options as shown below and click 入力内容の確認 (Confirm input).
6. Review the information and click 変更する (Save changes) to save.
7. When the 手続き完了 (Procedure complete) screen appears, the approval is complete.
8. Click 利用者管理トップへ (Return to user management) and verify that the 利用状況 (Usage status) shows 利用可能 (Available).
