Viewing issued coupons

You can view coupons issued to customers.

You can view basic information and the number of issued coupons.
Select the View button to open the Coupon history page, where you can check the details of issued coupons.
You can view the details by customer, including issuance/usage dates, order numbers, and usage status.
Select the Copy button to copy the coupon download URL. This button is displayed only for customer-download coupons.
Selecting the Bulk manage button opens the coupon bulk management popup, where you can bulk issue or recapture coupons after selecting them.
Deleted coupons are not displayed in the coupon list. To view deleted coupons, select the deletion status in the search conditions.

Issued coupons are legally protected as customer assets.
If coupon deletion (recapture) is not specified in the terms and conditions, customers must be notified in advance before recapturing coupons.
Deleting coupons without notice violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Fair Labeling and Advertising Act, and the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce.
For gift certificate-type coupons, a 90% refund must be provided within 5 years (the statute of limitations for commercial bonds) even after the validity period has expired.
For coupons issued through social commerce, 70% of the purchase price must be refunded even after the coupon validity period ends.
