Set search criteria to look up submitted inquiries.
You can reply to posts and move them to a different board.
Managing customer inquiries

Product/Order code
Click the text to open a product detail or order detail popup. -
Author (ID)
For registered members, clicking the author information opens a member detail popup. -
Status
For posts not yet handled, click the "Reply" button to respond to the customer's post. -
Move post
Select the posts to move, choose the destination board, and click the "Move" button.

Replying to inquiries
When you set the status to Complete and save, an email will be sent to the customer. -

Attaching images for response
Attached images are delivered as links at the bottom of the reply email.
Only image files (JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG) can be uploaded, with a total size of up to 10 MB.
