To use Cafe24 PRO, you need to add the marketplace accounts you want to sync.
Follow this guide to connect the marketplaces you want to sync with Cafe24 PRO.
Connecting your marketplace account to Cafe24 PRO
Go to Cafe24 PRO>Settings>Marketplace Account Settings to view the list of marketplaces.
Click the Market Account Registration button to sync your market account with Cafe24 PRO.
Since you're connecting a new eBay Japan (Q0010) account, all fields are empty. Fill in the empty fields and click the Save button at the bottom to complete the marketplace account connection.

- Click "If you have trouble registering an account, click here" at the far right of the marketplace section to access detailed account registration guides for each marketplace.
- Fields marked with a blue Required icon must be filled in to enable connection.

If you made changes in the market admin, you need to update the Retrieve Market Information section.
For example, if you change the return/exchange address registered on Rakuten, go to Rakuten account settings in Marketplace Account Settings and update Retrieve market information to sync with the new return/exchange address.

Unlinking marketplace accounts
You can unlink by clicking the Unlink button in Marketplace Account Settings.

- When you disconnect, all synced product information is deleted and cannot be recovered. If you reconnect the same account and register previously synced products to the marketplace again, they will be registered as new products.
- Disconnecting does not delete products registered on the marketplace, so if you need to stop sales for products, you must do so from the marketplace admin.
