You can configure the store so that an operator must verify a member before they can complete their registration.
Member Registration Verification Settings
Change the settings to enable member registration verification.

Store Settings > Customer Settings > Member Policy Settings > Member Settings
- Under Member Registration & Identity Verification Settings, select 'Show Detailed Fields' in Registration Field Display.
- Select Enable for 'Member Registration Verification' and save.
Note
- When member registration verification is enabled, both regular members and SNS-linked members can use the store after being verified.
Member Registration Verification
You can check member verification status, verify unverified members, and delete members.

Customers > Member Management > Member Registration Verification

Search for unverified members.
- You can search by selecting a registration date range.
- You can search by entering a name or ID.
- Select the member you want to verify and click the Verify Member button to process the verification.

Clicking Delete will process the member's withdrawal.
You can check this in the Customers > Member Management > Member Withdrawal Management list.
