View and manage all products synced to marketplaces in Marketplace products.
Filter products using various search criteria and disconnect the synchronization.
Quickly viewing products
While you can search for products in detail using the search bar, there's also a quick way to view products grouped by specific categories.
All products sent to marketplaces are organized by status, including successfully synced products currently for sale, as well as save as draft, failed to send, pending approval and sales ended products. View all products by status.
Use this feature to easily find products that need attention, such as saved drafts, failed uploads, or products with expired sales periods, and continue syncing them to marketplaces.
Checking sync and sales status
Below the product search bar, products sent to marketplaces appear in a list based on your search results.
Check the sync status and sales status columns for each product to see results like Succeeded, Failed, or Pending approval. The sales status column next to it shows whether the product is currently for sale on the marketplace.
Succeeded/Failed
Sync status is categorized as either Succeeded or Failed. When the status is Failed, the product has not been synced to the marketplace.
If a product fails to sync, click the Failed text to view the reason for failure. After addressing the issue, resend the product to successfully sync it to the marketplace.
Pending approval/Rejected
Some marketplaces require approval before products can be displayed. In these cases, even if the product sync succeeds, the sync status may show as Pending approval or Rejected instead of Succeeded.
Sales status
The sales status of products sent to marketplaces is displayed here. Besides the For sale status where customers can purchase products, other sales statuses include:
- Saved: The product has not been sent to the marketplace and only the product information is saved
- Sales ended and Stopped: Sales ended means the configured sales period has expired and sales have been stopped. Stopped means sales were manually stopped regardless of the sales period.
Caution
Products with Stopped status can have their sales period extended after resuming sales.
If a product synced to a marketplace is deleted from the Product management menu in your store, the sync will be disconnected and the product on the marketplace will be automatically stopped.
Even if you restore the deleted product, the sync has already been disconnected, so sending it to the marketplace again will register it as a new marketplace product.
Order collection stops for disconnected products.
