By default, Cafe24 PRO automatically issues the basic coupons below and shows corresponding on-site popups. No extra setup is required.

Coupon issuance details may vary depending on operational status and policies, including currency by locale, discount amount adjustments, eligibility and validity periods, and terms of use.
New member discount: Issued to new sign-ups; 5% off coupon
Happy birthday coupon: Issued on the member’s birthday (based on profile); 10% off coupon
Review reward: Issued to customers who write a review; 1% off coupon
Common coupon settings
Validity: Each coupon can be used up to 30 days from the issue date.
Scope : Coupons can be used on all products, across all categories. Only one coupon can be used per order.
Coupon application timing
A notification email will be sent to your email address once the coupon and pop-up settings are completed.
Coupons take effect immediately after setup is completed.
