Setting up a primary domain

You can view the list of domains connected to your stores.
If you have created multiple stores, select each one to see the domains connected to it.
If you haven't purchased or connected a domain yet, only the default domain provided by Cafe24 will appear in the list.

Viewing domains connected to your stores

You can view the list of domains connected to your stores.
You can also check each domain's status, and manage its expiration, renewal, and settings.

Setting a primary domain

Choose the domain you want to set as the primary domain for your store.
This domain will be used as your store’s main URL.
Only one primary domain can be set per store.

  1. Go to Settings>General>Store profile>Change domain>Manage domains>Domains connected to your stores.
  2. Click the Change primary domain button in the top-right corner of the list.
  3. Select the store and domain you want to set as the primary domain.
  4. Once set, the domain will be marked as Primary in the domain list.

Checking domain status

You can check whether your store and domain are properly connected.
Go to Settings>General>Store profile>Change domain>Manage domains>Domains connected to your stores and refer to the Status column.

 

Info

Connected

  • The domain is successfully connected and in use.

Configuration required

  • The domain cannot be connected to your store due to an expired registration or incorrect name server settings.
  • Click the Configuration required text to check the reason why the domain is not connected properly.

Not connected

  • The domain has been purchased from Cafe24 but is not yet connected to the store.

Checking upcoming domain expirations

For domains purchased through Cafe24, you can check the expiration date.
Go to Settings>General>Store profile>Change domain>Manage domains>Domains connected to your stores and check the Expired column.

Expires soon

  • If a domain is nearing its expiration date, click Expires soon to open the domain renewal screen.

 

Configuring settings for each domain 

You can manage settings for each domain, including store connection, SSL certificates, subdomains, payment information, and DNS configuration.
Go to Settings>General>Store profile>Change domain>Manage domains>Domains connected to your stores and click Settings.
