Customer Support

The details set in Customer Support will be displayed on your storefront and visible to customers.

Setting up Customer Support details

 

Info – Make sure to enter accurate information and fill out all required fields.

  1. Go to Settings>General>Store profile and scroll down to the Customer Support section.
  2. Enter your customer support phone number in Phone.
  3. Enter your customer support email address in Email.
  4. Enter your support hours in Business hours in any format you prefer.
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.
