Searching promo codes

1. Go to Promotions>Promo codes.

2. Set the date range or enter the promo code name or code to search for promo codes used in your store.

3. Check the detailed information in the promo code list.

 

Issued promo codes

• Selecting a promo code name opens the promo code details page, where you can view information about the selected promo code.
   
• If the promo code usage period has not started, the balance/total count will be displayed as Inactive.
   
• Once the promo code usage period has started, the balance/total count will be displayed.
   
• Selecting the Download button opens the Export as CSV popup, where you can download details of used promo codes.
