Info – Enter accurate information and make sure all required fields are completed.

1. Go to Settings>General>Store profile .
2. Under Business information, enter your business registration number.
3. Enter the company name and the business owner name.
4. Enter the business type and business item based on the type of products sold.
5. Enter your business address.
6. In Phone, enter a phone number that will be used to receive Customer Support related calls.
7. In Reply-to email, enter the email address to receive system notifications (e.g., signup, orders).
8. In Sending email, enter the email address that will appear as the sender in notifications sent to customers.
9. Enter your online store URL.
10. Under Company information, write a brief introduction about your store.
    You can highlight your brand’s values or product strengths here.
11. In Directions, upload a map image showing your store or office location.
12. If you have a dedicated Customer Support Center, enter its information under Customer Support.
