The Home dashboard shows key metrics that reflect your store’s performance and operations.
Below is how each metric is calculated and updated.
Daily sales
Sales data is updated every hour.
The last update time appears at the top right of the graph.
Refunds include both cancellations and returns.
The total and average figures in the table reflect data up to yesterday and exclude today's figures.
Data aggregation periods:
- Today: From 12:00 AM to the most recent update
- Daily average & Total (Last 7 days): From 7 days ago to yesterday
- Daily average & Total (Last 30 days): From 30 days ago to yesterday
1) Orders
- Order amount = ∑((Price ± Extra charge (item)) x Quantity + Shipping fee)
- Changes from cancellations, exchanges, or returns are reflected in the order amount.
- However, the total number of orders is not reduced when any of these are processed.
2) Payments
- Payment amount = ∑((Price ± Extra charge (item)) x Quantity + Shipping fee - Discount coupon amount)
- Deductions due to cancellations or returns are not reflected in the payment amount.
Additional charges from exchanges or added items are reflected in the total.
3) Refunds
- Refund amount = Actual refunded amount + Returned points
- Refunds include the actual refunded amount and returned points from cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
Order fulfillment
The data is updated in real time.
Each status is counted based on the number of processed cases.
New customers/Points
The data is updated in real time.
Available points (cumulative) represent the sum of all awarded and deducted points.
