You can view a list of products registered in your store.
Search for existing products to view, edit, or delete them.
Using product list
In Product list, you can quickly search, edit, or delete product information.
You can also export your product data as CSV and use it for your store operations.

Search for products and check their information from the list.
- You can edit, delete, duplicate products, change display status/product status, update product categories, edit home page category layout, use Checkout Link, and export product data as CSV.
Info – Using search filters to find products faster
- You can filter by product name, product number, product code, custom product code, or custom variant code.
- Click "+" to add more search filters.
- Filter by product category: Main category, Subcategory 1, Subcategory 2, Subcategory 3
- Filter by date range: Select between Date added and Date edited, and set the date range.
- Filter by display status: All, On display, Not on display
- Filter by product status: All, For sale, Not for sale
Editing products
- Search for the product you want to edit.
- Click the product name in the product list to open the Edit product popup.
- Edit the product name, price, description, images, and other details, then click Save.
Deleting products
- Search for the product you want to delete.
- Select the product in the list and click Delete.

Deleted products are stored for one year.
After that, they are permanently deleted and cannot be viewed in the list.
- You can restore or permanently delete products from .
Duplicating products
This is useful when adding a new product that is similar to an existing one.
- Search for the product you want to duplicate.
- Select it in the product list and click Duplicate.
- You can view the duplicated product in the list.
Click the product name to edit it from the Edit product popup.
Note
- The duplicated product will copy all information except for the product code.
The system will automatically generate a new code.
Updating display/product status
Use this feature to show or hide products on your storefront or to update their availability based on inventory or store policies.
- Search for the products you want to update.
- In the search results, select the products you want to edit.
- From the dropdown menu above the search results, select Display settings, then click Bulk edit.
- In the Edit status settings popup, update the display and product status as needed.
Note
- You can also update the display status and product status from the Edit product popup.
- If Display status is set to Not on display, the product will not appear in the store.
- If Product status is set to Not for sale, the product will appear as out of stock.
- For bundles, the product status is determined by the availability of its components.
- If all components are For sale, the bundle is also For sale.
- If any component is Not for sale, the bundle is also Not for sale.
Using Checkout Link
Use this feature to sell products directly through social media or by sending a checkout form to customers.
Customers who receive the link via social media or text message can place an order without visiting the product details page.
- Search for the product you want to sell using the Checkout Link.
- Find the Checkout Link in the product list.
- Click Copy URL to copy the link.
You can paste it wherever needed.
Note
- Checkout Link is automatically generated only for:
- Standard products
- Preset variant selection
- Multiple-option selection
- Checkout Link is not supported for:
- Bundles
- Independent selection
- Products with custom text fields
- Products that are not on display
- Products that have no category assigned
- Products restricted from individual purchase
- Complementary products will not appear on the Checkout Link page.
Exporting as CSV
You can download the search result as a CSV file.
This is useful when managing product data or editing products in bulk via CSV.
- Search for the products you want to export.
- Click Export as CSV from the list.
Select the template and enter your password, if required.
- If you want to remove HTML tags from product names, select Delete HTML tags from product name.
- Click Create CSV. The file will appear in the CSV files list.
- Click Download to get your file.

Basic template.
Then go to and upload the edited file under the Add/Edit products tab.
