Privacy Policy

If you plan to share customers’ personal data with third parties, you must add the relevant terms and policies. Specifically, you need to provide the terms for Consent to Provide Personal Information to Third Parties and Consent to Entrust Personal Information Processing.
Since personal data is sensitive, please ensure these terms are added carefully and accurately.

Adding terms for personal data sharing 

Consent to Provide Personal Information to Third Parties

This content is required if you are installing apps from Cafe24 Store that request access to customer personal data. When drafting your terms, please refer to the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) guidelines on privacy and data protection.

  1. Go to Settings>General>Terms and policies>Privacy Policy>Sign Up>Consent forms and find the Consent to Provide Personal Information to Third Parties tab.
  2. Set Consent to Provide Personal Information to Third Parties to Enabled.
  3. Click Settings, enter the terms in Content and click Save.
    • If you are using an app from the Cafe24 Store that requires consent to provide personal information, make sure to update the developer information and include it in the policy.
    • The policy will be updated automatically, and you can view the update history from the past year by clicking Manage history.

Consent to Entrust Personal Information Processing

You can modify this consent according to your store policy.

  1. Go to Settings>General>Terms and policies>Privacy Policy>Sign Up>Consent forms and find the Consent to Entrust Personal Information Processing.
  2. Set Consent to entrust personal information processing to Enabled.
  3. Click Settings, enter the terms in Content, and click Save.
