Awaiting shipment means the tracking number has been entered, but the shipment has not started yet.
This status is primarily used when you are using Carrier services.
If you're not using them, you can skip this step.
Changing order status to In transit
You can change the order status to In transit.
- Go to Orders>Awaiting shipment.
- Set your desired search filters, then click Search.
- Select the checkboxes for the orders to be shipped.
- Click Mark as In transit at the top of the list.
- The order will move to the In transit tab.
Reverting order status to Preparing for shipment
You can change the order status back to Preparing for shipment.
- Go to Orders>Awaiting shipment.
- Set your desired search filters, then click Search.
- Select the checkboxes for the orders to be reverted.
- Click Mark as Preparing for shipment at the top of the list.
- The order will move to the Preparing for shipment tab.
