You can manage products that have been deleted from the product list.
Deleting products
To ensure smoother store operations and effective product management, we recommend permanently deleting any products that are no longer needed.
If necessary, back up the relevant data before deletion.
Note
Deleted products will be permanently removed one year after the deletion date.
- Restoring products: Restored products will be returned to their original category and removed from the removed product list.
- Permanently deleting products: Products in the removed product list will be permanently deleted one year after their deletion and cannot be recovered.
Restoring products
- Select the product you want to restore and click Restore.
- The product will be restored to its original category and removed from the removed product list.
Permanently deleting products
- Permanently deleted products will not appear in the removed product list and cannot be restored.
Exporting as CSV
- Click Export as CSV to open the relevant popup where you can download the deleted product list as CSV.
- In accordance with the “Technical and Administrative Measures for Personal Information Protection,” the file will be compressed and encrypted.
- You need to set a password to use when opening the compressed file. You can also choose whether to remove HTML tags from product names before exporting.
