Select shipping carriers and enter tracking numbers to process shipments.
Changing order status to In transit
You can change the order status to In transit.
- Go to Orders>Preparing for shipment.
- Set your desired search filters and click Search.
- Enter the tracking information for each order.
- Select the checkboxes for the orders to be shipped.
- Click Mark as In transit at the top of the list.
- The order will move to the In transit tab.
Changing order status to Awaiting shipment
This status means the tracking number has been entered, but shipping has not started.
- Go to Orders>Preparing for shipment.
- Set your desired search conditions and click the Search button.
- Enter the tracking information for each order.
- Select the checkboxes for the orders to be shipped.
- Click Save tracking number at the top of the list.
- The order will move to the Awaiting shipment tab.
Combining shipments
If you have multiple orders with the same recipient information, you can process them as a combined shipment.
- Go to Orders>Preparing for shipment.
- Set your desired search filters and click Search.
- Select the checkboxes for the orders you want to combine.
- Click Combine shipping at the top of the list.
- Click the Combined shipments tab.
- Enter the tracking information for each order.
- Select the checkboxes for the orders to be shipped.
- Click Mark as In transit to move them to the In transit tab, or click Save tracking number to move them to the Awaiting shipment tab.
Processing shipments in bulk via CSV
You can process multiple shipments at once using a CSV file.
- Go to Orders>Preparing for shipment and scroll to the Process shipping in bulk via CSV section.
- Click Download CSV template.
- Fill in the CSV file according to the template format.
- Click Select file and upload the completed CSV file.
- Click Bulk import shipping via CSV to open the Process shipping in bulk via CSV popup.
- In Shipping status settings, select how to process the shipments.
- Click Process all items.
- The system will process all shipments based on your selected settings.
※ If the CSV file contains Korean characters, the upload may fail.
For example, entering Korean text such as "퀵" in the tracking number column will lead to an error.
Please make sure to remove all Korean characters from the file before uploading.
