Purchasing a domain

Domains must be purchased separately.
They are available in yearly increments and can include letters, numbers, and hyphens (-).
You can purchase a domain that’s easy to remember directly from the admin panel.

Searching for a domain that suits your store

1. Go to Settings>General>Store profile and click Change domain to go to the Domain page.
   Click Buy and enter the desired domain name in the search box.
2. Check the availability and price of each domain extension.
   If a domain is marked as Unavailable, it means someone else has already purchased it. Try searching again with a different name or extension.
3. To purchase a domain, select the checkbox next to the one you want and click Buy. Domains are billed annually, and once renewed, the domain will appear in your connected domain list in the admin panel.

Entering payment information

1. Go to Settings>General>Store profile, click Change domain, follow the steps above to go to the Payment information page.
   
   
2. Enter accurate registrant information (owner/manager).
   If you select Use the registrant informaton for Domain manager, the registrant details will automatically be used as the domain manager's information.
    

   Info

   • Registrant name: Must match the legal ID (e.g., insurance card, driver's license, etc.)
     After registration, changes can only be made through Customer Support.
3. Verify your email address to proceed with your purchase.
   If you do not receive the verification code, check your spam folder or try verifying your email address again from the admin panel.
   (When transferring domain ownership, the verification code and update notification will be sent to the owner's email. Once the transfer is complete, a confirmation email will also be sent to the owner's email.)
4. Accept the terms and conditions.
5. Click Pay.
   - Domains are registered on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend using a credit card for the fastest processing.
   - If you choose bank transfer (shared or virtual account), the domain will be registered once payment is confirmed.
   - Domains may temporarily appear as Awaiting payment in your list.
   - For shared accounts: if payment is not made within 14 days, and for virtual accounts: if payment is not made within 7 days, the order will be cancelled. Make sure to complete the payment within the deadline.
   
    

   Note

   If you only have one store, the domain will be automatically connected to it.
