In Dashboard, you can view a summary of key data so you can see your store's core performance at a glance. Based on the last 7 days of data, comprehensively review key metrics across sales, ads, traffic, purchase journey, customers, products, and more to quickly assess your business status.
Sales summary
Summarizes your store's overall sales performance and trends over the last 7 days.
Metric
Description
Total sales
Displays the sales for the last 7 days and the rate of change compared to the previous period.
Sales refers to the total payment amount of orders with completed payments.
Sales are displayed based on payment date, not order date.
For bank transfers and virtual account deposits, sales are displayed based on the deposit completion date.
Sales include: actual payment amount (product price + shipping - discounts) + reward points used + credit balance used
Sales exclude: post-payment adjustments such as refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. (Orders that are refunded, canceled, or exchanged are still counted as sales based on the payment date. Therefore, sales figures do not change even if a refund, cancellation, or exchange occurs after payment.)
Sales per visit
Displays the average sales per visit for the last 7 days and the rate of change compared to the previous period.
Sales per visit refers to the average sales per visitor.
Sales per visit = Sales / Visits
Sales per purchase
Displays the average sales per purchase for the last 7 days and the rate of change compared to the previous period.
Sales per purchase refers to the average sales per purchasing customer.
Sales per purchase = Sales / Purchases
The metric indicates the purchasing power of actual store visitors.
For registered customers, multiple purchases by the same customer are counted as one buyer.
For guest checkouts, each purchase is counted as a separate buyer.
Purchase conversion rate
Displays the purchase conversion rate for the last 7 days and the rate of change compared to the previous period.
Purchase conversion rate = (Sessions with purchase / Visits) x 100
Ad traffic summary
Summarizes which ad channels are most effectively contributing to your store.

Top channel by sales
Displays the channel with the highest sales over the last 7 days and its sales amount.
Channel refers to the ad channel through which visitors arrived. If the referrer URL contains a utm_source, it is automatically analyzed.
Sales refers to the total payment amount of orders with completed payments from visitors through that channel.
Sales are displayed based on payment date, not order date.

Entrance refers to the number of visits to your store through that channel.
Refreshing the page does not increase the entrance count.
This may not match the click count for ad keywords provided by ad platforms.
Collection criteria may differ from ad platforms.
If a visitor leaves during page loading by navigating to another website or closing the browser, the visit may not be counted as an entrance.
Top channel by purchase conversion
Displays the channel with the highest purchase conversion rate over the last 7 days and its conversion rate.
Channel refers to the ad channel through which visitors arrived. If the URL contains utm_source, it is automatically analyzed.
Purchase conversion rate refers to the percentage of visitors from that channel who completed a purchase.
Purchase conversion rate = Purchases / Traffic
Traffic summary
Shows which search terms customers use to find your store and whether they lead to actual sales.

Displays the top 3 search terms by sales over the last 7 days and their sales amounts.
Sales by search term are calculated as follows:
Displayed based on payment date, not order date.

If a customer leaves during page loading by navigating to another website or closing the browser, it may not be counted as an entrance.
Purchase funnel summary
Shows the biggest issues (drop-off points) and overall efficiency (conversion rate, time taken) in the customer's purchase journey.

Conversion rate by purchase funnel
Displays the conversion rate by purchase funnel stage over the last 7 days.
Visit: Conversion rate to the visit stage (always 100% as it's the starting point of the funnel)
Product page view: Percentage of visitors who viewed product detail pages
Add to cart: Percentage of visitors who added items to cart (visitors who clicked the 'Add to cart' button)
Initiate checkout: Percentage of visitors who proceeded to checkout
Order complete: Percentage of visitors who completed an order
Payment complete: Percentage of visitors who completed payment
Q) Why is the checkout count is higher than the add-to-cart count? The add-to-cart count does no include clicks on "Add to cart" or "Buy now" buttons on the product detail page. Therefore, if customers place orders without visiting the cart page, the checkout count may be higher.
Purchase conversion rate
Displays the percentage of visitors who completed payment over the last 7 days and the rate of change compared to the previous period.
Time to purchase
Displays the average time from store visit to purchase over the last 7 days and the rate of change compared to the previous period in days.
Highest drop-off stage
Displays the funnel stage with the highest drop-off rate over the last 7 days and its drop-off rate.
One of the following stages is displayed:
Visit > Product page view
Product page view > Add to cart
Add to cart > Initiate checkout
Initiate checkout > Order complete
Order complete > Payment complete
Top 3 paths by sales
View the conversion paths that generated the most sales in your store, ranked by sales contribution.

Channel path
The actual paths that generated the most sales over the last 7 days.
Consecutive identical channels are displayed only once, and paths with more than 5 channels are not displayed. Example:
Actual path: Google > Google > YouTube > TikTok > Facebook > Naver > Naver > Purchase
The number of orders paid through that path over the last 7 days.
If 2 products are paid for in one order, it is counted as 1 purchase.
Only products with completed payments are included.
The metric is displayed based on payment date, not order date.

Description
First-time visitors vs Returning visitors
Compares first-time and returning visitors among all visitors over the last 7 days.
First-time visit refers to the number of first visits to the store. Returning visit refers to a visit made by a user who has visited the store within 1 year.
Even for the same user, a visit is counted as a first-time visit in the following cases:
No visit record within the past year
The user revisits after clearing cookies
The user visits using a different device or browser
First-time buyers vs Repeat buyers
Compares first-time and repeat buyers among all buyers over the last 7 days.
First-time purchase refers to purchasing for the first time.
Repeat purchase refers to a purchase made by a customer who has a prior purchase history.
Even if multiple products are paid for in a single order, it is counted as one purchase.
Even for the same user, the following cases are displayed as first-time purchases:
For customer accounts, when it is the first purchase associated with the account ID
For guest accounts, when more than one year has passed since the last purchase
When a visitor makes a purchase after clearing cookies
If a customer makes 2 purchases during the selected date range, each is counted as first-time or repeat purchase accordingly.
Example: When the date range is 2025-07-01 to 2025-07-07
If a customer who has no prior purchase ihistory makes a purchase on 2025-07-02, it is counted as 1 first-time purchase.
If the same customer makes another purchase on 2025-07-03, it is counted as 1 repeat purchase.
Therefore, during this period, the purchases are counted as 1 first-time purchase and 1 repeat purchase.
