Sales is a key menu for diagnosing your store's business performance from multiple angles.
From overall sales status to customer purchase journeys, payment methods, and demographics, gain clear insights for business growth through detailed data.

Sales overview

This provides information that gives you an at-a-glance view of your store's key sales performance and diagnoses your overall business status.

It shows the total sales generated during a specified period, along with the number of customers who actually made purchases (buyers), the total number of orders placed (purchases), and the total number of products sold (units sold).

Buyers

The number of visitors who made a payment.

  • If one person makes multiple payments, it counts as 1 buyer.
  • Only completed payments are included.
  • For bank transfers and direct deposits, this is based on the deposit completion date.
Purchases

The number of orders with completed payments.

  • If multiple products are paid for in one order, it counts as 1 purchase.
  • Only completed payments are included.
  • This is based on the payment date, not the order date.
  • For bank transfers and direct deposits, this is based on the deposit completion date.
Units sold

The number of products with completed payments.

  • If 2 products are paid for in one order, units sold is 2.
  • Only products with completed payments are included.
  • This is based on the payment date, not the order date.
  • For bank transfers and direct deposits, this is based on the deposit completion date.
Sales

The total payment amount for orders with completed payments. Since refunded, canceled, or exchanged orders are included in sales based on the payment date, sales figures do not change even if an order is refunded, canceled, or exchanged after payment.

  • This is based on the payment date, not the order date.
  • For bank transfers and direct deposits, this is based on the deposit completion date.
  • Included in sales: Actual payment amount (product price + shipping - discounts) + reward points used + store credit used
  • Excluded from sales: Refunds, exchanges, cancellations
ComparisonThe value of the reference metric from the previous same period. (Reference: Sales)
Change

The change between the reference value and comparison value.

  • Change = Reference value - Comparison value

 

Purchase stage analysis

This provides information that analyzes the customer journey from viewing a product to completing a purchase, helping you identify where the most drop-offs occur.

Based on 5 purchase stages from product view to order completion (product view, order form, cart, payment, order complete), this provides key information about the number of customers reaching each stage (visits), the rate of progression to the next stage (conversion rate), and the number (exits) and rate (exit rate) of customers who left at each stage.

Purchase stage

The stages leading to product detail, cart, order form, and payment complete pages.

  • Order complete is based on when the order form is actually generated.
Visits

The number of times pages at each stage were accessed.

  • Refreshing the same page counts as a new visit.
Conversion rate (%)

The percentage of visitors who moved from one stage to the next.

  • Conversion rate (%) = Current stage visits / Previous stage visits * 100
Exits

The number of times visitors left or navigated to unrelated pages without proceeding to the next stage.

  • Exits = Previous stage visits - Current stage visits
Exit rate (%)

The percentage of visitors who did not proceed from one stage to the next.

  • Exit rate (%) = Exits / Previous stage visits * 100

 

Per-visitor sales analysis

This provides information that analyzes your store's traffic revenue efficiency from multiple angles to evaluate the value of visits and purchase behavior.

It shows revenue per visit, which is the sales generated per visit, average order value per buyer, and revenue per page view, which represents the value of a single page visit.

Average sales per visitor.

  • Revenue per visit = Sales / Visits
Average order value

Average sales per buyer.

  • Average order value = Sales / Buyers
  • Represents the purchasing power of your store's actual visitors.
  • For members, multiple purchases are counted as 1 buyer.
  • For non-members, each purchase is counted as a different buyer.
Revenue per page view

Average sales per page view.

  • Revenue per page view = Sales / Page views

 

Payment method analysis

This provides information to help you understand which payment methods customers prefer, optimize your payment system, and improve customer payment convenience.

It breaks down the total sales for a specified period by external payment methods like credit cards, bank transfers, and simple payment services, as well as by internal store credit and reward point usage.

Sales by age

This provides key information about how many customers made purchases in each age group (buyers), how many orders were placed (purchases), and the total sales amount (sales).

MetricDescription
Age group

The age group of buyers.

  • Age groups are shown as 10s/20s/30s/40s/50s/60s and above. The 10s group includes ages 10-19, and the same criteria apply to other age groups.
  • Age groups are classified based on the date of birth provided during registration. If someone registered as a teenager and makes a purchase in their 20s, they will be shown as 20s.
  • Non-customer: When a non-customer completes a purchase payment
  • No info: When a customer who made a purchase has no age information registered
Buyers

The number of visitors who made a payment.

  • If one person makes multiple payments, it counts as 1 buyer.
  • Only completed payments are included.
  • For bank transfers and direct deposits, this is based on the deposit completion date.
Purchases

The number of orders with completed payments.

Based on customer shipping addresses, this provides key information about how many customers made purchases in each region (province/metropolitan city), how many orders were placed (purchases), and the total sales amount (sales).
