Service scope

1. Creating promotions

Set up product discount information for promotions such as weekend discounts, major seasonal promotions (New Year, Christmas, etc.), anniversary events, and membership milestones, and display promotional popup banners.

2. Setting up customer benefits

Provide various customer incentives such as sign-up discount coupons, birthday discount coupons, and review rewards to encourage new registrations and increase customer loyalty. Incentive details are also displayed as popup banners on the main screen.

3. Sending email campaigns

Automatically identify target recipients based on data such as cart activity, sign-up date, and login history, and send personalized emails to shopping mall customers.

 

 

Note - CRM Email Sending Services

We provide automated email notification services for various customer scenarios, such as reminders for items left in shopping carts or notifications regarding available reward points.

Please note that these emails are transmitted via the 'Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES)' provided by 'Amazon Web Services (AWS)'. Consequently, the processing of personal information is entrusted to a sub-processor during the email delivery process.
