Manage returns requested by customers or processed by the admin.
You can view the status of each return and handle them accordingly.
When do I need to return orders?
You will need to process returns whenever customers decide to cancel their purchase when the order is already out for delivery or delivered. Here are a few examples:
- Customer changes their mind after delivery.
(e.g., “The product does not match my expectation. I don’t want it anymore.”) - Customers return their order because the product is defective or poor in quality.
(e.g., “The product quality is poor. I don’t want it anymore.”)
Accepting return requests
Customers can request a return after the item has been shipped.
- Through My page on the store
- Customers can directly submit return requests from your store.

To move from Return in progress to Returned, a refund may be required.
If no refund is needed, the return will be completed automatically.
When there is no price difference
- Ask the customer to return the delivered product.
- Once the product is received, go to Orders>Order support>Returns and click Mark as picked up for the order.
- The return will be automatically marked as Returned.
When a refund is required
- Ask the customer to return the delivered product.
- Once the product is received, go to Orders>Order support>Returns and click Mark as picked up for the order.

Caution
Preventing any financial loss when undoing returns

- If the payment was canceled by a payment provider, contact the provider to confirm if the canceled payment can be recaptured before undoing the return.
