Go to Settings>Orders/Shipping>Orders.
Configure settings related to order placement.

Displaying paymet methods

Configure which payment methods appear on the checkout page, their display names, and their display order.

  • Under Display, select Yes for the payment methods you want to offer in your store.
  • In Displayed text, enter a name that customers can understand easily.
  • Change the order of payment methods in the list to adjust how they appear on the checkout page.
 

 

 

Note – COD (Cash on Delivery)

In some regions like Japan, COD (Cash on Delivery) operates as a standard postpaid method, where the delivery carrier collects payment from the customer at the time of delivery.

To enable COD in such regions, ensure that you have an active contract with a compatible shipping provider or PG.

In other regions, COD may require payment before shipping. To prevent customer confusion, clearly describe the payment flow in your store policy.

 

 

Payment policy

Set the bank account to collect fees for cancellations, exchanges, or returns.

Customer requests for cancellation/exchange/return

Allow customers to request cancellations, exchanges, or returns directly from your store.

Return address

Set the return shipping address.

Allow customers to change their shipping address

Allow customers to change the shipping address after placing an order.
