Overview

Automated emails are automatically sent to customers, store operators, and suppliers when key events (sign-up, orders, shipping, etc.) occur in the store.
There is no separate management screen or settings menu; all emails are sent automatically based on the default settings. 

Sending information

Settings > General settings > My store info > Basic info settings Emails are sent using the store name registered in this menu and the no-reply@cafe24shop.com email address.

 

Recipients

Customers

Customers who purchase products or sign up for the store receive information such as sign-up confirmation, order confirmation, and shipping notifications.
Emails are sent to the member name and email address entered at sign-up. Since these are service notification emails, all members receive them regardless of their newsletter subscription status.

 

Store operators

Store operators receive information necessary for store management, such as new sign-ups and new orders.
Settings > General settings > My store info Emails are sent to the 'notification email' registered in this menu.

 

Suppliers

Suppliers receive supply-related information such as purchase order details.
Products > Supplier management > Supplier sales category management Emails are sent to the primary contact email registered in this menu.

 

Email types

The following automated emails are sent.

 

Member-related

  • New signup
  • Signup cancellation
  • ID/Password information
  • Account approval request for new accounts
  • Individual emails

 

Order-related

  • Confirmation on new orders
  • Out for delivery (Full shipment)
  • Delivered
  • Accepted cancellations/exchanges/returns
  • Refunded orders
  • Payment password for guest accounts
  • Purchase order for suppliers

 

Email structure

Each auto notification email includes the following four elements.

  1. Subject: The email subject line that briefly describes the purpose of the email. It includes variables such as the store name and member information.

  2. Body title: The title displayed at the top of the email body.

  3. Body: The main content of the email, including detailed information and instructions.

  4. Footer: Information displayed at the bottom of the email, including the store name, customer service contact, and copyright information.

Email variables

These are the key variables used in email templates.

 

Store information

  • {MALL_NAME}: Store name
  • {MALL_EMAIL}: Store representative email
  • {MALL_DOMAIN}: Store domain address

 

Member information

  • {MEMBER_ID}: Member ID (email)
  • {MEMBER_NAME}: Member name
  • {MEMBER_EMAIL}: Member email address
  • {MEMBER_PASS}: Temporary password

 

Order information

  • {ORDER_ID}: Order number
  • {ORDER_DATE}: Order date
  • {ORDER_NAME}: Orderer name (guest)

 

Payment information

  • {PAYMENT_NAME}: Payment method name
  • {PAYMENT_DESC}: Payment information
  • {BANK_NAME}: Bank name
  • {BANK_ACCOUNT}: Account number
  • {BANK_DEPOSITOR}: Account holder
  • {INAMOUNT}: Deposit amount
  • {INAMOUNT_NAME}: Depositor name
  • {COMPLETE_DATE}: Payment completion date

 

Shipping information

  • {DELIVERY_NAME}: Recipient name
  • {DELIVERY_ADDR}: Shipping address
  • {DELIVERY_PHONE}: Phone number
  • {DELIVERY_MOBILE}: Mobile number
  • {DELIVERY_MSG}: Shipping message
  • {SHIPPING_DESC}: Shipping instructions
  • {AUTO_CANCEL_DESC}: Auto-cancel information for unpaid orders

 

Supplier information

  • {SUPPLIER_NAME}: Supplier name

 

Others

  • {WORK}: Work type (cancellation/exchange/return)
  • {NEW_PASSWORD}: New password
  • {CONTENT}: Individual email body content
