Confirming payment

You can confirm payments once the deposit has been verified.

1. Go to Orders>Awaiting payment.
    
2. Set your desired search filters, then click Search.
    
3. Select the checkboxes for the orders you want to process, then click Payment confirmed.
    
4. The order status will change to Preparing for shipment.

Canceling unpaid orders

You can cancel orders before payment is completed.

1. Go to Orders>Awaiting payment.
    
2. Set your desired search conditions, then click Search.
    
3. Select the checkboxes for the orders you want to cancel, then click Cancel order.
    
4. The order status will change to Canceled before payment.
    
5. You can view canceled orders in Orders>Order support>Canceled before payment.
