To add a marketplace, you must have a seller account for the marketplace you wish to connect.
1. If you don’t have a Rakuten marketplace account, apply through the Rakuten seller onboarding page.
Note - Rakuten integration requirements
- Integration is only available if Rakuten Pay is used as the payment method.

has been activated.

2. If you already have a Rakuten marketplace account, you can add Rakuten through the Cafe24 PRO app.
* Notes
Rakuten provides a pre-launch account stage, where an account is issued but actual sales are not yet available. To officially launch, you must complete Rakuten’s review process and confirm a launch schedule. Only accounts that have completed the official launch can be linked to the app.
* You can add a marketplace through the app. When you select a store in the app, the available marketplaces for that store will be displayed.
* Select a marketplace and enter the required information to proceed with the integration.
* After submission, the integration will be completed following a review process. You can check the status in the admin panel.

In the Rakuten Merchant Server (RMS), make sure that all service items are set to Enabled.
